In the formative years of a child's life, all parents' need resources away from home to supplement the values and desires you have for your children. In a world where divorce is as common as marriage, commitment needs to be part of their lifestyle training. SEE OUR NEW YOUTH & JUNIOR BLACKBELT PROGRAM
Good or bad, big or small, children will quickly understand, appreciate, and respect themselves. They will use their best manners, "Yes Ma'am", "Yes Sir", "Thank You", and eye contact when you speak to them. The respect and discipline that has been so lost in our country will become a natural way of life. At the same time they will be learning a Self-Defense taught in such a way they know only to use it is if they know in their mind and hearts someone is trying to harm them. Every child deserves the self-confidence and self-discipline this program teaches.
Our program has been proven over the 34+ years we have been training. Our proven promise is "You will see a difference in your child, after the first class.". Many of our members started as children themselves and now bring their children to their own classes. All of them having one common goal, the betterment of oneself.

Adult Karate Program Martial Arts is a Lifestyle - People read books, watch videos, and go to seminars to better themselves. How would you like that environment around you on a continual basis? Our program is a lifestyle you instill, by being around and working with positive, courteous, and motivated people. You will learn Self-Defense, Awareness, Evasive Techniques, as well as the Powerful Kicks and Hand Strikes of the Martial Arts, all while conditioning your body mentally and physically.
